So the TV works OK. Not great. The resolution is no better than our old one that died (1080ppi), and this is supposed to be a 2160ppi resolution. It's disappointing. Streaming is okay. So far, no buffering. The drawbacks are as follows... 1.) The screen ratio/dimension is smaller than our old one even tho it is the same size - 43" 2.) Amazon Prime Video, the screen display ratio is even worse. The picture doesn't fill the screen - you get the old top and bottom black bars - "cinema or widescreen view" even tho the TV is a widescreen 16:9 ratio. Go into settings, and you have one option for screen display - "Normal" - and nothing else, so you can't really adjust it. Why even offer it, if you can't adjust it. Pointless. It took me a while to program all the remotes and get it all hooked up... I'm not tearing it apart again. When my smaller TV dies, I will replace it with this one and move to a different model and brand.

This TV does not have the Direct TV app. All the apps are preloaded, so you can't add new apps. The only way I know to get more apps is with Streaming Player...Roku...Fire... The description list a few apps and says it has many more. But not Direct TV.

My last Visio tv lasted years. This one is HD and the picture is not as good as my last one. It changes to different color modes without being selected. It will also go from the volume I have selected to really loud on its own. You ask why I have not returned it? I am almost 70 and getting it in the car would be very difficult at best. I put my old tv in this ones box and my brother came and helped get rid of it. Hate this tv!

I think as hesitent to buy Vizio brand bc working for the cable company know this brand doesnt last long. there weren't a lot of options in this screen size so I want with it. At this price point I'll be surprised if it last 2 years, but it's going to guest bedroom and won't be used much. It has a beautiful picture and setup was easy.

The image is not as good as an old LG 720p that it is replacing. As you walk around the image gets lighter. It seems so cheap compared to the old LG that I had for around 10 years. You can't see any information like screen resolution or signal strength like I can see on my other TVs. The remote is lacking functionality.

the visio tv has all the bells i need 43 inch fits in my apartment just fine providing good vidual acuity connections with internet were easy and I like easy remote control with multiple sites accessible from the remote buttons one touch.I could have gotten a bigger tv but this one is perfect for me. grandpa john.

This tv has been a dream! Bought it for my bedroom to upgrade from my ancient Sanyo and Roku. The picture is beautiful and setup was super easy. A couple hiccups while setting up the soundbar but those were easily fixed with a quick google search. The tv itself doesn't have very loud sound, which I knew beforehand, so prepare to buy a soundbar with it or to have the volume cranked up. Other than that, this tv is a dream. You won't be disappointed!

this series of Vizio is giving me all kinds of trouble with WiFi and picking up my network. its not my internet connection because they've been out many times. also i have another Vizio tv in another room and it works fine. is there anything I can do with this problem. thanks. KW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this tv as a warranty replacement for a different brand in my motorhome which just quit working. I wound up trading in my motorhome before I could replace the tv, and it sat in a box in my closet for over two years. I recently redid my office and set up my Vizio. Wow, was I impressed! Not only was it easy to set up - it was Smart and had all my apps -it updated quickly and the picture is absolutely magnificent. I couldn't be more pleased. VIzio is my go-to brand now!

Excellent TV. Previous Vizio so now 2 remote for TV. Yay
