Sound is muffled and bad. BJ's won't accept return

This is my 3rd Vizio TV. No issues with the others one. However, this one has a sound issue. It's muffled.

Great picture

Its my 2nd vizio, got it for all the built in apps. Had to upgrade my wifi for the 4k shows to come in clear, but well worth it!
