Great picture, poor sound

Great picture and it reacts fast in every way. Feel like they made the sound poor on purpose to make you buy a soundbar. Box TVs are louder than this

Wonderful picture!

I really love the picture quality of this device. I still have a few issues on using the remote, but I'm getting used to it.

Picture

The picture isn't as clear as I was under the impression it would be. Also this doesn't support xfintiy streaming so I don't have to use the box.

Hello Trista11, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu.
