Works ok but need bigger sound

I bought this and the sound needs to be louder and needs to have the TV reset sometimes to watch hilu

Cannot Smart cast laptop to tv via Bluetooth. Must be hardwired Remote doesn't have enough buttons.

Hi Scoobynscrappy, I'm a bit confused by your comment. Casting as a feature doesn't rely on a Bluetooth connection. If you'd like to share your laptop screen wirelessly you can use AirPlay (if you are using a mac) or use Google's Chromecast feature through a chrome browser (for other PCs). Had three tvs that did the same thing. Input fails after one month and can't use cable box or firestick
