Picture quality can vary depending a variety of factors, including the content itself, and the method that's delivering that signal to your TV. In addition to adjusting settings, we'd recommend making sure that any devices are connected with HDMI so that you're getting the highest quality signal possible, and that you check your subscriptions and plans to make sure you're getting HD or higher quality. Our customer service team would love the chance to talk with you about how to get the highest quality content possible- and how to fine tune your picture settings.

Same problems

This was a replacement and it's not even 6 months old and already has black spots along the bottom of the screen, same problem as before
