I bought the TV before I did any research because the price was great, but highly disappointed that we can't download apps. If I woujd of known that I would never have bought even though the picture is great.

I bought this a few months ago and I'm still amazed of the colors and the thing it will do for a 55 inch TV it locks up sometimes maybe it's me time tell.

Like I said, its great when it works. The apps crash more often than not, the googlecast never works. It'd be great if it worked the way it was intended to.

I am a repeat Vizio customer. I had a 43 inch for over 15 years and enjoyed it very much. Now the new one has a lot better picture and sound. The selections on the smart tv is great.
