Purchased November 4, 2023. Stopped working on January 26 2025. Vizio providing full refund via warranty. Won't dismiss SONY ever again. Every SONY i've owned has lasted over 10 years.

I got this 65" VIZIO about a year ago, I won it in a raffle, I just unpacked it a month ago, so far so great, I am a happy camper, I recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a new one.

My son bought this TV as a gift and other than it not having the Google play store app included, which I'm accustomed to on other smart TVs, it's a good product.

This was such a good purchase. We got it for a spare room. The picture is beautiful, the color and details perfect. The free apps are nice along with an antenna for locals, it was a really good buy!

Had issues connecting to my cable provider, HDMI not connecting. Call to my cable provider,twice, changed connection from #1 to #2. Working now. Automatically connecting to Vizio, then I have to manually connect to HDMI so I can watch regular TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this TV about a year. I just did my FOURTH factory reset because the Vizio homepage won't come up. Sits and spins, never loads. Soft reset doesn't fix the problem, only a factory reset. Then comes the hassle of logging into all apps again. Picture quality is great, casting from my phone works very well. I cringe though, when I get the spinning wheel upon turning on the TV. Even the updates take forever. I have gigabit service with a killer router, so that's not the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 Vizio TV's and they are fantastic. Vizio has made significant improvements which allow a wonderful video experience. I have Vizio sound bars on several and watching Football on my 65” is better than being at the actual game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this set for going on 3 years. I would say I love it, but I've found two irritating flaws. First is a lack of apps, or the ability to download them from the web, i.e. tablo is just one in specific. Second occurred after one of the periodic firmware updates and caused the network testing to no longer read out speeds achieved on the network, only saying connected or disconnected. Fix those and this would be an awesome Smart TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago. So far it's been great. I've owned Vizio TVs in the past and never had any problems with them. I live out in the country so I use an antenna and stream most of my videos. As far as a smart TV goes I love it.
