I purchase this unit a couple of days ago so far the unit plays great I had to do a factory reset the next day since then the picture quality is great the color is perfect overall a great product

I was delighted to see that I could replace my older, much smaller tv with this one, for a very affordable price. It's much nicer in terms of features, as well as size, and the picture quality is superb!

May have been on 12 times won't update to fix problem of lines running thru the screen. Won't take the charter app either. Won't buy another one. Never been happy with it. Cheap price not always a good answer.

I have bought other TVs but when I do by vizio it's been more reliable and last longer that's all-around problem with flat tvs there electrical life are kind of short
