Have owned a Visio for 7 years and have had no problems. Bought a Samsun a year ago and it sucks screen went partially black. That's why I bought another Visio.

I bought this tv a few weeks ago and I am glad it has the talkback screen reader. I can now recommend this tv to other visually impaired people that I know.

Purchase 4 months ago I have had issues with this TV since I purchased it. The HDMI ports randomly stop working and some days it won't turn on unless we reset it.
