I bought this TV a little over 3 years ago, and it's been excellent. For the price I paid for it, I feel like the image quality is fantastic, and I like the Vizio interface quite a bit. I also use an Apple TV with it and that's been working great. So, overall, really pleased.

This Vizio is one of the best tv's I ever owned! One of the cool things is I can link it to my smartphone so if the remote's battery is week or not near by I use my phone to change the input to working the volume etc. The picture is great, the colors vibrant and so clear. My husband wants another Vizio for our bedroom so I'm waiting on that to happen and hopefully soon!

Really nice TV with a lot of features. Only downside is you must accept the apps that Vizio decides they want to either add or remove. When I initially bought this TV, it was my understanding I could add my own android apps. However, you cannot. As specifically bought this to use with the TABLO app. Unfortunately, I had to buy an external streaming stick to support the app. Still a great TV, but I wish they would allow you to add and remove apps.

I previously owned a Vizio TV and it stopped working after years of owning it, so I had to get a new TV. I weighed the prices with quality, picture, ease of setup and use. Out of the different brands that I could choose from, I choose Vizio for all the above reasons. It's only not so good quality is it doesn't have the greatest sound/speakers in the TV. But I own a great sound bar and it works great with my Vizio TV so I knew that wouldn't be a issue for me. I like the new remote but it's a little different from the older one I had, so it'll take me a bit to get used to using it. You can also use your phone as a remote. I like the setup of the Vizio compared to the Roku or Onn. The app layout is way easier to navigate and make it your own. I liked that I got it on sale at my local big box store and it wasn't outrageously priced like some of the other brands of TV's.

[Employee of vizio] I purchased a 55 inch Vizio flatscreen Smart TV. After only 3 years and barely being at home to watch it the led light no longer works. Now I'm stuck with just a very dark screen of images. It would be cheaper to buy a new TV than the cost of replacing the entire LED lighting system. But it sucks to have to do so after three years of having this TV do not purchase.

It has a mind-blowing picture, GREAT for Gaming as well, it's VERY THIN, & of course the Most important thing ever, the WIFE LOVES IT! It's really GREAT for our Bedroom! Now I may go out and purchase either the “55 inch” or even possibly the “65 inch” for our Living Room to replace this 55 inch Samsung SmartTV I bought last year! I have only one issue though, I never received my FREE 3 Months Apple TV Subscription or the 4 Month Apple Music Subscription and the last one, the 3 Month Apple Fitness Subscription after my purchase. Maybe contacting Vizio Support will fix this for me, hopefully!

Did not realize that it wasn't new and was refurbished. Did not recognize my existing sound bar.

Vizio has always been a great brand of television for my family. Thankful, I haven't any problems yet for the past 6 years.
