[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Vizio V-series for almost a year & haven't had any sort of issue with it at all, my only complaint is my old TV which was a Samsung which had a internet browser & Vizio doesn't offer a browser that's pre-downloaded or one you can just download if it's something you would actually use & it's something I used daily beofre, I had no idea that Vizio didn't have this option. I also think it would be nice to delete some of the apps & only download the apps your gonna actually be using cause I actually only use 2 plus the free TV option which is a nice plus to have, they do offer a ton of different channels which most are really good channels that most everyone watches on a normal day to day basis. Only thing that would make my Vizio a 10+ would be a internet browser so I hope they start offering one that I'm able to use on my TV it definitely would make me a lifetime Vizio customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough this 2 months ago. I've had issues with it ever since. Vizio customer support is much to difficult to use. NOT user friendly. They've got my money now. Need to be replaced. Manufacture date also showed 2 years old and sold as brand new. They should replace for me.

I've only had the TV set up for 1 week. I didn't buy the expensive model, so I am pleased enough with the tv. The remote however is horrible. First, it's almost impossible to get the back of to add batteries. Then the remote doesn't do what it's supposed to. I'd rather have the old style remote with a little clip on the back to be able to open it up, and a remote with buttons to operate all the functions you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my first TV for less than 6 months before the picture started to go. Vizio replaced the TV, buuuut the new TV didn't even last 1 week before dead pixels in the screen started to appear. Shame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had great experiences with Vizio televisions. This was an upgrade for an old tv & I love it. The ONLY negative I have is it doesn't offer the Spectrum app, which is how I watch live tv. It's not a big deal because it's in my bedroom.

This new TV is more brighter than the one I had. The colors are amazing. Love everything about it. It did it's own updates, connected to the wifi without any problems. Just great.

The updates go smoothly, color is fantastic, and with the newest update I have phone access! Which is great for aggravating the husband! We have since purchased the same TV for our bedroom. If your looking for a wonderful picture, great sound, and easy set up this TV is for you!

This unit is an extremely good value for the price. Feature rich, strong picture, love that you can adjust the treble and base for those shows that seem to have too much volume on the music and not enough sound in the dialogue making it hard to hear. All around a great buy.
