[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Vizio tv I've bought, and both have been fantastic. Vizio offers great features is easy to use and offers a lot of good apps and options. My only issue has been when the Tv receives an update. Past updates either would not load or took ages to download over highspeed, quality internet. More recent updates caused some sort of communication error with my receiver and sound system, resulting in me having to completely redo the sound system setup and change how the tv and receiver are hooked up.

I brought this tv a month ago and had to return it. It kept going off by itself in the middle of tv shows/movies. I did everything possible to fix it-no success! I sent it back for a refund. I have a Vizio tv from over 10 years in good working condition but this tv did not meet my standards. The remote will not work at times. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing our VIZIO 65" LCD TV, the screen started to develop dark spots in the center of the screen and was spreading up to the date I unplugged it forever. I don't know, call me a glutten for punishment I guess, but I decided to give VIZIO a second chance and purchased the VIZIO V-Series 75" Model V755-J04. So far so good, great color, but doesn't have a Movie Mode on the picture settings, just Sports and Game, unless the Vivid setting is for movies as well. So it's wait and see if VIZIO has made any improvements, especially when comes to the dark spot issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is perfect besides the speakers. The sound is very low even at 100. I have 4 small children. Ages 1, 3, 5 and 7 so when they're playing or being obnoxious I find it difficult to hear. When we try to watch a family movie with our 7 kids, it's difficult at times due to the commentary and millions of questions during the movie, to hear what's going on. Sometimes, my kids want to play or watch their tablets and sit next to me on the couch; in these instances I can hardly hear my tv. I would recommend VizioTV for sure but maybe a different one as the sound quality on this one isn't great.

I love the picture quality and sound this TV has my only draw back that I wish I understood before purchasing is that you are only able to use the preset apps. There is no play store on current models to download apps so you still have to use a Roku, FireStick or Apple TV. You can use your connected device like iPhone or Android as a remote to cast from those apps but you can't install them on the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has owned many Vizio TV's in the past, so now that I have grown up and needed to buy a new TV for myself I immediately though of Vizio as a brand to look into. I had trust in/new that Vizio was a good brand, but I was still surprised when I opened and booted up my TV. The picture quality and ease of use are remarkable and surprised me despite already having experience with both of those qualities. I wish that the sound quality was a little bit better, but overall I am very satisfied with this TV and am glad that I decided to stick with this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this 50” V-Series SmartTV for my grandmother and her sister after making the decision to end our cable package. I already own a smaller V-Series so I knew it would be Vizio or nothing. This TV is so easy for them to understand; they are loving the picture quality and the simplicity of the included remote. They use the voice command button exclusively and it has been so nice to see them be able to find the shows that they want to watch on their own. Best purchase I've made all year!

Being technology challenged this very smart tv was an intimidating purchase. We don't have a cable box or a satellite dish. We use an antenna. We started up the tv and then hooked everything up. it wasn't working. We then reset the tv and turned it on after hooking it up and it worked perfectly. Guess you need to put it all together before starting it up. I love it, and it's very easy to use.
