The biggest issue that I'm having is the constant buffering. This doesn't make sense because when I'm using a FireStick I dont' have any problems. Same network, same location. I was hoping to use the built in smart abilities but they just don't work as they should.

Features are nice and the airplay is a plus. We compare to our Amazon fire TV and while that tv doesn't support airplay (yet), it does perform faster than the Vizio. We find that the Vizio is overall a great buy, but would like to see less little glitchy feedback from the occasion to occasion. Nothing that power cycling doesn't fix, but a little annoying that it's interface feels a little slower in responsiveness than some TVs. No real complaints

Have 2 of the same model, purchased at the same time, so didn't know how bad they were going to be. They both lock up all the time and I have to unplug them and wait a few minutes to reboot before they will respond again. Biggest complaint. There are a lot of apps preinstalled and you can not remove ANY of them. You can change the order but you still have to go thru hundreds to get to the one you want.

I bought this a couple months ago so far not too bad except for I've had to go back to factory resets three times I don't understand why it seems like it gets lost in between switching from Netflix and then regular TV and the sound bar gets lost but if I reset everything it works

For you seniors let me say that the set up was super easy even for this 70 year old. The setup is super easy. The prices are always reasonable. This brand is very durable and compatible with accessories. With Vizio you can expect to get more bang for your buck. My only complaint is that I can't remove, download, or update apps on my own.

I only had to call once while setting up the first time. My problems were resolved quickly and I was not put on hold for any long period of time. I'm old, so the patience of person helping was greatly appreciated. Still trying to find things using the remote control. Old control had more features.
