[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV in March 2022. By September it started to show some horizontal lines on the screen. Went through the self-help steps with no change. Tried to return to site of purchase with no success. Will deal with the lines until i'm ready to upgrade, but overall would not purchase again.

Good price for the size. nice picture, easy set up. Not pleased with speakers being placed on the backside, needed to buy a soundbar (Vizio) which improved the sound. Biggest disappointment was no headphone jack and no way to connect one per Vizio support department. Wished I had known that before I purchased it.

I wish I had more hands, so I could give the sound quality on this television 4 thumbs down. TERRIBLE! No matter how you adjust it from the settings. And the sound bar that you need to boost the sound is as much as the television. I sold it and used the money for different brand. Disappointing because it has some cool features, like Google photos & Voice remote function. But, the sound makes those moot, trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV, great sound, but would be nice to have a sound bar for surround sound, beautiful picture, I bought 3 different sizes.. This is the only brand I would ever buy! Works well Alexa and iphone.

This TV looks pretty good.. But has major issues.. I have to unplug this TV every day for at least 60 seconds or it will not power on. There are times during use where you have a good Wi-Fi connection but it will not load any streamed content. It will open the apps, it will display the guides but when you select something to watch it won't load.. You have to go into the admin menu and select reboot tv, once rebooted it works fine.. I would not recommend this tv..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my samsaung tv due to black smug streaks in the screen, I love this new Vizio that i purchased for the picture and features. The only thing that I wish was that the sound would be louder so you will need a sound bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my new TV for a week, I have had 0 issues. Connects to Wi-Fi easily and functions as it should in all areas. The update does take a while but what update these days don't take a while lol. Highly recommend.
