But over time I have to come realize how great the TV is. I am use to dealing with Firesticks So this what was change up for me. But I must I am know where disappointed and really like the fuctionality and options that this TV has. Great Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to replace a current VIZIO TV that has been on the fritz. I finally gave in and pulled out the new TV. Imagine my huge disappointment when I get everything set up, turn on the TV, and discover there is no audio. I did online research and took over 1-1/2 hours to do all of the trouble shooting steps and still zippo. Of course I can get support but honestly, I am a person who works 70-80 hours week - fitting in a customer service appointment is stressful and frankly shouldn't be needed with a brand new TV. If I have to take this TV to ship back for a replacement I will cry. I am sad because the video is lovely and the interface is a vast improvement over prior models.

There are some limitations on apps that can be accessed and the Bluetooth connectivity is horrible so I don even try anymore. Otherwise, great picture and sound and functions exactly as it should.

The box advertisement showed ESPN available on the tv (main reason I bought tv). When I got the TV set up there was no ESPN app on the tv or anyway to get the app on the tv. Other than that the tv is a great choice and at an affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV for my bedroom, and it's a great TV. It was on sale so I couldn't pass the price. Picture quality is good, set up to my Alexa was easy as well as setting up all of my subscriptions. I would recommend this TV!

After barely 6 months we're getting flickering lines and frozen/broken picture. Can't get through to anyone on the support line over the phone, and can't put in a self service claim because Vizio's website is as broken as our tv. Pictures of the receipt and issue with the tv won't upload no matter what I do. Absolute garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this a few days ago, BUT, the reason I will only buy Vizio is because my 42" 3D TV, lasted for over Eleven Years! Out of all the TVs and devices I have used at work and set up for presentations, Vizio is always the easiest to use and the most reliable technology I have come across. I love the TVs because they just work and they look Awesome!
