I only had to call once while setting up the first time. My problems were resolved quickly and I was not put on hold for any long period of time. I'm old, so the patience of person helping was greatly appreciated. Still trying to find things using the remote control. Old control had more features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV for almost 2 years now, and has great picture and sound. However, it sporadically won't work for no reason, and many of the apps aren't maintained well by the external developers. For example, Paramount TV+ doesn't work properly at all, so we also had to get a Roku for those instances. I also love the Watch Free+ they provide, but again, they have issues like incorrect schedules on the guide or repeating commercials back-to-back sometimes up to 5 times in a row. Overall, I do love the TV.

Pros: Great price Easy to set up Nice picture Cons: Limited amount of apps missing many that are included on most TVs. Had to buy a Roku to get other platforms I'm subscribed to. Overall, I would recommend this TV. It's pretty hard to beat for the price.

I got this Tv home and it was easy to unpack and install on my desk. It works with my Mac computer. It is out of the box, Bright Picture, the sound is easy to manipulate with the remote, the colors are vibrant and I did not have to tweak the system in any way. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace an older Vizio. The biggest reason for the upgrade was to have Bluetooth capability. I couldn't adjust the picture to achieve the clarity of my old Vizio E390i-B0. The latency of the Bluetooth on the new Vizio was quite noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was in great shape when I set-up the TV. The process was quite simple and easy to follow. All of the input start-ups default to the Vivid display choice. While the Vivid look is very bold and colorful, it's looks exaggerated and a bit much. I adjusted the video using the “Game” setting. You can probably choose any setting and add your personal adjustments. The voice control is a nice feature and I made good use of testing it to disable the annoying “Talk Back” for every change made, for any button input. All in all, I'm pleased with the TV and the price paid. I've only had it a couple of days but “So far so good”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this tv for almost a year and, while the picture and quality of it are phenomenal, the user interface and speed are lacking (I have gig speed internet tested at 949Mbps upload speed hard wired via Ethernet, so that isn't the issue). Recently they did provide a pretty drastic user interface upgrade which seems to be much more slick and speedy but time will tell. Overall though, would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VIZIO tv good quality, did need to pick up a sound bar for movie quality sound (but being the holidays- found a good sale on a Vizio sound bar). Crisp clean sound at only 40% via sound bar. Install of both- super easy and straight forward. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
