[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely needs a soundbar. I can hear it better in the dining room than in the living room! But it has great picture and I like the remote. You need wifi. I wish you could have favorite channels grouped together so you didn't dnt have to toggle through all of them to get to the one you use, but it's a great TV and we're happy with it!

The apps, the menus the remote are all easy to learn and use. I'm actually going to but 2 more for our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't need another layer of options before my home screen. You should minimize my clicks to get where I want to go. Recently used apps should be prominently displayed. It takes a long time relatively to navigate between apps. Should be a 'back' button on the remote with instant return.

The remote is user friendly The clarity of the screen excellent Had all the apps I could ever want Wireless connection hasn't failed once Overall....VIZIO is my new household brand

We bought this tv because our samsung 64" failed after only 9 months of having it. My husband was skeptical but likes the picture on it. Only thing he doesn't like is hunting for a specific app. Nor does he like the voice command. I don't mind it. over all so far this a good product.

Overall satisfied with Vizio, they offer great features and a good picture TV for the best price out there. I have 3 of them in my house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had volume issues since I got the TV, the remote doesn't get dropped or thrown, but I can't control the volume unless I do it from my surround. Someone else near me has the same brand and their remote has changed my TV channels and programs. Creepy at first and also annoying.

I love the picture and sound. It functions beautifully. I wish I was able to download the apps that I want though. Instead I have to use a separate device to basically Chromecast half the apps I use. If I wanted to handle 2 devices as a remote, I would have just hooked up another roku. As limited as roku is, I was able to install all apps I subscribe to for streaming. I'm temtpted to do so still and just use the tv for picture and sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it in and hooked up. Picture and sound are great! We we're pleasantly surprised by how fast this new smart tv is! Our old Vizio smart tv started having issues and running very slow. Now we're considering upgrading our Vizio tv in the living room If we can get the same kind speed, sound and picture.

This is a very confusing format and set-up to navigate. Disappointing that some of the channel apps that were available on my previous tv are not available on this one, and cannot find a way to add them. Volume control, being just able to hear somethings over others, can't seem to find a happy medium for the volume. But still trying to navigate everything
