Bought to replace a 9 year old Vizio bought at Walmart was very happy with. Had front facing speakers and a great picture even viewed from an angle. This new one has TERRIBLE picture viewed at an angle, especially from the right; and the down firing speakers that suck on all the new TVs. Also the color changes even when viewed straight on , sometimes great then looks washed out. I haven't yet , but am taking it back.

I really don't have any complaints except for lackluster apps that are pre installed and the fact that there are popular apps that Vizio totally failed on adding to the lineup so you are forced to use a mobile device to stream and beam to the TV. That gets old real fast especially having 3 people in the house having to stream from 3 different devices and have those missing apps downloaded as well. I mean come on! Who doesn't stream these days? Example: Discovery Plus is missing. FrndlyTV is missing…..and many more. As far as functionality the TV is straight forward and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most importantly the software seems to work well and just having updated to Comcast the TV knew what to do without too much input on my side. I wish it had the ESPN plus app but i may buy the 75” 4k or 8k when the new house is built.

I bought this TV to use for my new computer. I was needing something 4K and with a great picture, and this TV delivers. The only draw back is the glossy screen vs the matte screen on an actual computer monitor. This one TV was half the cost of a similar spec computer monitor and due to the 43" screen I don't have to buy two of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a month of owning the TV. Had to factory reset it already. When I first set it up, it worked fine. A coue weeks layer it would not connect to internet. Went through all the trouble shooting. The only thing that got it to work was to factory reset it. I will reserve final opinion until I see how often I have to do that. This is the second one of these we purchased. The first one has not had any issues.

There's a good clear picture and set up was super easy. We have several devices connected (gaming consoles, tv antenna, etc) and changing inputs is very intuitive and offers customized names.

I do have a small issue getting my audio just right, but I'm sure that's just user error and the fact that it sits in an older, wooden armoire. Buy this TV...you won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a tv and the picture went out. The replacement tv had the sound go out. They wouldn't replace it again…but the customer service was amazing to work with and they even sent us a sound bar for free to make up for the sound not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for my family for Christmas and they have been enjoying it every day since! Make sure to not interrupt the updates when you first set it up because it'll take you for a loop! It has a nice picture and it's easy to use.
