[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a tv and the picture went out. The replacement tv had the sound go out. They wouldn't replace it again…but the customer service was amazing to work with and they even sent us a sound bar for free to make up for the sound not working.

This was my Christmas present to myself. I have 2 other Vizio tv and this model has more features and a very nice picture quality. One of the best at the price. Easy to use. I will purchase another one in the future if my 55” Vizio I have had for about 6 years need to be replaced or add another to a bed room.

I would give it 5 stars for being a Vizio and I'm a big fan of Vizio, but I do not like the whole smartcast thing. Not a big fan of smartcast, I don't like the whole home screen for a TV. But as for clarity and gaming, absolutely would give it 5 stars for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Vizio. First one was a present for my granddaughter @ 20 years ago, Still going strong. Second one broke after 12 years. The low price of a new Vizio made it to expensive to replace, so I bought a third. Like it a lot, but had an issue setting it up. I contacted Vizio and they were unable to help. Turns out the input was incorrectly set to something other than HDMI-1. You'd think the setup directions would have included this step or Vizio tech support would have mentioned it. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The colors are vibrant and being able to connect my headphones to listen to my shows while my fiance sleeps so not o disturb her has been great.

The audio clarity can be heard from one room to the other without any distortion. Each time we have family and friends over the TV goes on, so does the sound bar. Whether it be a TV show, ballgame, or cartoons, music channel, this product is superb. We were skeptical since most TV'S are manufactured with surround sound. The sound bar is a home theater like the great old days in any cinema. We love it and are grateful for the opportunity to win one for our second TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV! It is so easy to navigate all of the channels. I love that I can switch over to antenna for sports games and local channels. The picture quality is amazing. I put it on a swivel mount and it is so convenient to be able to move the TV to where everyone in the room can see it the best. Haven't had a single issue. I would definitely buy a Vizio again.

This is a great platform and I would've recommended to anyone who is looking for a new TV

I had several issues with this Vizio 65 1.- I never cann add my suscription channels 2.- this tv never recognizes ethernet connection 3.- I was not able to pair with my cell phone So, I returned the very next day Pros: good picture and sound If you want to add your ouwn suscription channels, do not buy it

This TV has taken the task out of movie nights. Great picture now for the coup de gras add a sound bar for a greater experiance
