Picture is solid and since the last software update, the user friendliness has been great. Only “complaints” are that sometimes, it is a little buggy or slow when clicking through apps. Sound is decent, but you should get a soundbar or stereo system when buying any big TV. Would recommend if using as an extra TV.

So I received back of what I almost paid for it. I decided I wasn't going to buy a cheap TV again. We already have 3 Vizio TV's and I am happy with them. So I decided to buy another.

Sound is crisp and clear and the picture quality is astounding for a TV as cheap as this one. Love the size and then border around the screen. Also isn't heavy at all and easy to move around. This was a great purchase. Vizio is the brand to go for if you want a good quality and price balance.

Only wish on the antannae tv channels - remote had a few more options. Trying to select a channel without scrolling thru the guide. BUT otherwise great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to upgrade my older Vizio television so when I went shopping for a new one I checked several other models and found out that this Vizio tv was perfect for my needs. The only disappointment I could find is that there is no channel line up feature. I use only an antenna for local stations and the internet for my online channels.

This tv would not stay programmed. Every time we turned it on we had to re enter all the info. It would never go to prime and every time we got to Hulu we had to login. It buffered a lot. I asked for help 2 times in an email with no response. I really want to speak to a real tech person but these days that is out of the question! Also just so you know we hated the voice remote !

The audio is great; the sound can be heard throughout my house if I wanted to. 4K UHD screen is super clear. The combination of picture and sound quality that this tv offers is one of a kind.

Wish the remote was larger as we are an older couple and it's hard for my husband to use that's the only reason for a 4 star review. I enjoy all the apps on there I just wish I could get the Hallmark channel :). Great picture wuality and plenty of plugs on the back for what we need to plug in.
