It was still under warranty so it was replaced but being I've had nothing but issue with this tv since I got it I should have known something was going to happen . The tv would randomly lose sound and even color while I would be watching . Also the sound is low and just to hear anything it has to be on 40 .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over 6 months and I love it. Settings are easy to access and understand after playing around with it for a bit. My favorite part is if you hold the mute button on your remote, it blacks out the screen. Perfect for when my baby is trying to sleep. Also, excellent screen quality for gaming and watching TV. Definitly recommending this TV to my friends

I have purchased several Vizios and have always thought they performed well. The color is beautiful. The remote is very small. This is my first smart TV. I was disappointed that I cannot add my favorite apps to the lineup. I recently subscribed to PureFlix and thought I could watch the Christian movies on my new TV. I Cannot! I also subscribe to Rightnow Media, which I am also unable to add. How difficult would it have been to make that option available. I have also had problems with the sound distorting when I turn up the volume. Guess I will now have to add external speakers. But for the price, I'll keep it.

Was so impressed with the TV that I replaced a RCA that I had for ten years or better. with a brand new 55" Vizio. I compared all the brands and sizes and found that the Vizio had all the features I wanted and more. What I didn't realize was the sharpness of the picture a difference from day to night from my old TV. It's so much more enjoyable to watch TV now than it ever was. For the price quality and ease of installation I firmly believe I made the right choice in purchasing the two Vizio TV's. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vizio TV, I loved my Vizio in the living room so much I had to buy one for my bedroom. We love the way the main screen has all our favorite apps and the Vizio watch free app is great, we watch it all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to a big box store to find a replacement for a television that finally burned out it was old technology This new Vizio television is super easy to set up and very easy to operate & we're absolutely thrilled with the visual presentation and all the optional entertainments we get through the Internet never knew this is what television is supposed to be! Very nice product!

I brought this tv a few months back and finally was able to get it put up in my bedroom. The picture quality is amazing and you have all the apps right at your fingertip. The only down side is the REMOTE. Needs to be easier to open the battery compartment other than that I love it
