We purchased this tv a few weeks ago. We have always bought Vizio products and this tv does not disappoint. The picture is very clear, and the sound is great. I am very nearsighted, and even though I wear contacts, my distance vision is not great. The size of this tv for our living room helps me see details I could not see in our 55 inch tv.

I was thinking 4k was overkill for "only" a 43" screen but boy, was I wrong. I can see details that I've never seen over the airwaves before. That reminds me, I don't have CATV so I'm only using the streaming features and a cheap OTA antenna. The tuner in this unit grabs stations I didn't even know existed in my area. All in all, I'm certain I made the right choice with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to replace a current VIZIO TV that has been on the fritz. I finally gave in and pulled out the new TV. Imagine my huge disappointment when I get everything set up, turn on the TV, and discover there is no audio. I did online research and took over 1-1/2 hours to do all of the trouble shooting steps and still zippo. Of course I can get support but honestly, I am a person who works 70-80 hours week - fitting in a customer service appointment is stressful and frankly shouldn't be needed with a brand new TV. If I have to take this TV to ship back for a replacement I will cry. I am sad because the video is lovely and the interface is a vast improvement over prior models.

The quality is great and the ease of switching from a 55 to a 65 was easy. The mounting hardest all worked together. From out of box to sitting and enjoying was less than 30 minutes.

It gets no better than this. The TV in its self sounds like you're at the movie theater and the quality is A1. Do yourself a favor & get this TV ASAP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not actually thrilled with my new Vizio. I expected more. The court is okay but the sound is tinny and flat. The speakers are in the back of the TV so turning up the volume just increases the sound for the bedrooms in the back of the house and not the people watching the TV in the living. When I complained Abington the sound I was told I needed a sound bar. I wish I'd known that before I purchased the TV.

Overall, a very good TV. The main reason I purchased it was the inclusion of composite audio/video connections for my older components which work fine. Another reason is the overall build quality. We have 2 Vizio sets in the bar that I run and both are close to 10 years old now. Setup was pretty straight forward. Very good picture and sound quality. The only issue I have is not being able to add or remove apps. There's a lot of junk that I would never use and there are a few that I have a subscription to, like Philo. No way to install the app. I'm not going to run Philo on a tablet or PC and cast it to the TV. That's BS. So I rely on my Roku Stick for pretty much everything I watch, except OTA programming. Needing 2 remotes is a small hassle but it is what it is.

This is the third Vizio in my immediate family. I bought My first for my grandson. Vizio's have given excellent, worry free service and many hours of veiwing pleasure. The Vizio I just bought is the largest and the picture is great and clear and easy to watch.

I purchased this TV for picture quality and options available. The picture quality does vary depending on antenna or streaming use but is good quality overall. Streaming is excellent and the only disappointment is the application for my streaming service Spectrum is not available on this particular tv.
