[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought the end of March, had an issue with the homescreen just keep resetting it self, vizio sent me another tv, and it seems to be working at this time. The picture quality is good, I like idea of it but just haven't had it all that long to say its an amazing tv but it is a great price for the TV.

Also all the apps you can download makes it very convenient. Plus the air play & all the Bluetooth options is great, love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is out 2nd Vizio TV. Our first was a 32" LED. It always worked great no problems and it is ten years old and still working great. This new Vizio is a 42" Smart TV and it has great features. A fantastic picture quality and great sound. Setup was super easy and quick. Nice product!

This our 2nd Vizio TV, the first one we bought about 10 years ago and it still works great! Our other TV another brand that we have had for 4 years stopped working. We went with another Vizio this time. We trust it's quality. Great picture, great tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my vizio tv and how it has access to all my apps but it would be even greater if it had ZEUS Network… that's the only other app I watch that my tv doesn't have otherwise it has everything else and I still love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I bought my first 4k uhd tv for a minimal price it has good features and it has awesome picture too Boot as well and the Smart tv is Great as well man who would have thought in future TV's would be this far advanced and wow what's next I ask myself

Don't waste your money. The sound is poor, lacks volume and bass (you must include a soundbar, i would go with sony). The remote control has limited functions (you cannot access YouTube directly). The apps are slow (you cannot see the movies icons in Netflix). Customer support is awful, longest wait time / queue, the agent makes you do the online troubleshooting sequence that you already performed 3 times and as expected the issues were not solved and tells you that he will contact you later….. he will never follow up on your issue. Very very very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mist of the large sized TVs I have has in the past tend to lower the quality of my tv shows and movies. Even with the large size of this TV the picture quality stays in HD!! I also love the addition of the smart features that eliminate my need for external devices such as a roku or firestick.

The sound quality is not as good as my old Vizio. The speakers are in the back of the TV whereas they were located in front on my old TV. I'm not sure if this has an affect. However, I have made several audio adjustments and the sound quality is just not as good. Everything else is okay.

I love the picture quality and sound this TV has my only draw back that I wish I understood before purchasing is that you are only able to use the preset apps. There is no play store on current models to download apps so you still have to use a Roku, FireStick or Apple TV. You can use your connected device like iPhone or Android as a remote to cast from those apps but you can't install them on the TV
