The picture was great, good sounding speakers, and nice features. However, the sound kept dropping out on my antenna channels. I would have to restart the tv every time in order to get them to work, which happened a couple times per day. In the in end I returned the tv, it was too much of a hassle.

I bought this 2 months ago and I am happy with it. Picture quality is excellent. I like the voice remote. However, I still have issues with the Vizio soundbar as it seems to disconnect at times for no apparent reason. Also, the TV has frozen and I have to unplug it to reset it.

Love the SmartCast functionality, much easier than other smart TV's to find the movie you're looking for and see that it's on a service I already pay for free - as opposed to trying to get me to rent it every time (I'm looking at you unnamed large online webstore!). Voice control remote work great, easy to plug it in and set up in a few minutes. The picture is extremely clear and defined. We had another HD 4K TV for 4 years we liked a lot, but the picture, features, and functionality on this TV blows anything else we've ever had away.

After unboxing and unpacking everything, hooking up my sound bar, I was ready to plug the TV in. The end of the power cord that goes into the TV wouldn't stay connected. I'd push it in but when I moved the table back to its original position, the plug fell out. After a dozen or so attempts, I could not get the power cord to stay connected. I returned the item to where I purchased it and am settling to keep my old TV.

Picture is solid and since the last software update, the user friendliness has been great. Only “complaints” are that sometimes, it is a little buggy or slow when clicking through apps. Sound is decent, but you should get a soundbar or stereo system when buying any big TV. Would recommend if using as an extra TV.

Now that streaming is all the rage, I wanted to be able to use more that my tablet to watch, so I just upgraded to the newest version of Vizio in the same size as my previous one. No regrets.

The set-up process was hassle-free and the settings were elegantly designed for ease of use. The image quality is quite clear although I wish the color profile was more accurate and there was more customization for picture filter to individually adjust the brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc.

If you use any subscription service like Netflix or Disney Plus, it is likely to have a dedicated button on the remote, which is a great feature. Plus, it has some free channels, which is a great bonus!

So glad I decided to stay w/Vizio. I will never buy a different brand, and I also tell my cable customers the same thing.
