I don't know why, but i have to re set this thing everyday and sometimes twice a day! I wish i had my money back for it but no one will accommodate that! They don't want it either! I may have to bite the bullet and just buy another brand and throw this one out! It is not good!

I won't pretend that I can tell the difference in the picture quality of most things but when true 4K stuff is on screen, you know it. Some of the apps are slow to update and Vizio forcing all of their apps to the front of the quick select bar is annoying. But other than that, I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV a few days ago and its ability to stream is unmatched. There are so many apps to choose from and a variety of ways to set your streaming preferences. I love the tv helping me to figure out what to watch.

Every time you do an update it freezes the TV up, I've owned this TV for 2 yrs now and have had to reset it 4 times and Vizio support is useless. We use it for mostly OTA channels that now barely get any. Totally useless as a family TV unless you rely on internet or something besides OTA channels

When viewing all the comparable models on display the V-Series stands out in picture quality and when combined with user friendly viewing options/features and overall superior performance, its a win/win for all takers.

bought this hoping menu's would be like older model, this is not vision frendly at all now, very hard to see that small print, moving menu to find inputs,,, you have to think of senior citizens and poor vision ,, an update for alt menu set-up would be great and show you care about customer needs

I bought this TV last week.only thing I don't like is your TV guide. Its hard to work with. This is the first remote I every had that don't have a TV guide bottom.I'm a senior citizens why can't you guys make easy for senior. I use to own a Vizio TV year ago and my remote control had a guide bottom what make it easier to use and see the channels I want to go with know problem. Thinks Ms Pat

Buyers beware!!!! If I could leave negative stars I would! I purchased this TV ONLY 2 years ago and last night the screen went black. Called Vizio and they told me it was past the 1 year warranty so sorry about me. I said ok so your tvs only last 2 years? They said sorry. What a bunch of crap! I will NEVER buy another Vizio and am returning the 55 inch Vizio I just bought a month ago. How frightening. I have always been loyal to this brand. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Samsung TV's since the first Samsung flat screen I've owned years and years ago! They didn't have SmartCast back then & have advanced quite a bit! I absolutely recommend a Samsung TV no matter which model!
