[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Visio, I previously had a Sony Bravia that developed a red line in the screen after 2 years of use. The Visio seems a little better, especially adjusting picture settings for better film quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV for about 2 years, and it was working very good. Then, about 2 months ago, horizontal lines started appearing. They're really only noticeable when there's a light colored screen, but they are getting worse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the tv for over a year. One issue is it flashes subtly when watching movies. Also, it just did a system reset out of nowhere. When this occurred I lost all of my setting and had to set it up like new. The also continue to send me requests to review the tv like u just purchased it.

The only part of the setup that was long was updating the system. It did it twice before satisfied (I guess) but then I was watching a program within 20 minutes of taking off the cardboard box!! Yeah

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Vizio tvs but when I purchased this one I didn't know you could download apps on the tv itself. I bought this one for one reason so that I could watch my cable through the app but it doesn't have it and I can't download it

I replaced this tv with a previous Vizio that lasted less than 2 years. It just quit working and I had numerous problems with it. Now this newer model will not pair with a new Vizio sound bar. Your customer service says I have to wait until a newer version of tv firmware comes out. They don't know when. I'm very frustrated. My last Vizio purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago because my old one finally broke. I had been wanting a smart TV for a while and I very much enjoying my 50" Vizio. The only issue is that I have hearing problems and I definitely need a sound bar.
