Was working awesome fir the first couple weeks and then it began leaking from the handle. I believe the water tube going into the handle cracked and there is no way to fix. And this happened to 2 units in our house so the design had a flaw or the material used was defective.

My old waterpik finally gave up and I ordered this one so I can also have a waterpik with me when I travel. Oh my gosh I forgot how my old Waterpik must have been like when it was new! I brush, floss and use the waterpik last and the amount of small debris that still comes out from between the teeth is amazing. Gums never felt better and you can feel that you've really cleaned your teeth.

It's really easy to operate and I love that it comes with a small travel size waterpik.

The lid is not on a hinge and falls off whenever you move it around

Only been using the Ultra Plus so far, and liking it a lot. Love how you can turn the water off with the hand hold, and not spray all over the bathroom or myself. Easy to use and set up. Doesn't take up much space.

In the first week, I could see and feel the difference. Now after two weeks, it is even better. Teeth never felt or looked this good. Becoming whiter was a big surprise. I should have used Waterpik years ago!

The handheld is very aggressive even on the lowest setting. The larger u it is better controlled. However still trying it out and working on. It getting water everywhere
