I absolutely love this product, after brushing and flossing the waterpik takes out whatever is left, recommend 100% specifically if you have braces.

My box says WF-02-WO11. Did I register it incorrectly?? It's very easy to use and does a great job.

Kinda hard to handle and maneuver. Must fill water reservoir about three times. Hope that changes after I get use to it.

Great, reasonably-priced Waterpik set! I appreciate having the portable Waterpik for travel while keeping the stationary base at home.

Overall pleased with the product. The tips somewhat difficult to keep seated when in use. Ive had to turn the machine off and push the tip back into the housing.

Works well not to noisy comes with everything you will need and does a great job. The directions were clear and it's easy to use. It is bulky and can be unstable if you don't have the counter space for it

The product is not durable and seems to be designed with planned obsolescence in mind. The water supply pipes and outlets are prone to leaking, suggesting a deliberate design flaw. It's impossible to repair due to the lack of access points, meaning the entire unit must be replaced. This is neither environmentally nor budget-friendly. I wish Sam's Club would stock products from a different brand. Waterpik is a poor choice.

It works good but the noise is annoying and to turn on the pick is awkward.
