Even after flossing, the Pik washes out more food particles-amazing. Soothing warm water feels so good too

The water spills right out of the bottom of the attachments, even when they are secured. Very disappointing.

My box says WF-02-WO11. Did I register it incorrectly?? It's very easy to use and does a great job.

The unit that I bought does work well, but the lid, which holds three pics, is always coming loose and is awkward to replace after filling the tank.

Love the main Waterpik but I can't use the travel one as it only has 2 speeds and hurts my gums. It needs more choices.
