It is correct that this model of TV does not support Bluetooth connections. However, this model does have 2 HDMI ports located on the side of the rear panel of the TV. Thank you for your feedback! TV screen sizes are measured diagonally rather than horizontally. If you measure from the lower left corner of the TV screen to the upper right corner of the TV screen, the measurement should be 40". This is true for all TV screen measurements and not just Vizio.
