No HDMI or USB

NO HDMI, and NO USB. Will be returning it tomorrow.

This model of TV does have 2 HDMI ports and 1 USB port. If you are facing the TV screens, these ports will be located around the right side of the TV on the side of the rear panel. Thanks!

HDMI ports do not work

We have called and left messages - to no avail. No-one is calling back - need a replacement!!
