Horrible UI/UX

The screen is mediocre, and the UI/UX is so glitchy that it's nearly impossible to use. I had to buy a Roku the be able to watch anything. This television is the worst TV purchase I've made in a very long time. The cost/benefit doesn't add up.

Too many resets

I've never had a tv that I had to reset so much. Seems like every couple of months it stops working. I have to unplug it for a while and then reset everything again.

Bad remote to tv connection

The tv itself worked , but I keep having to have Vizio replace the remotes because they just stop working. There is some type of disconnect between the remotes and the tv. So it makes it hard to enjoy the tv.

Was my first smart tv.. I will buy Vizio only

Can't use in Mexico

Life of Vizio

I bought this Vizio 3 years ago and it was great for a while but now, only after 3 years, I have vertical lines running through the screen. I went through all of the suggestions for fixing it but none worked. Very disappointing!

Crackling sound

When I bought this the sound was bad. I have ALS so there was nothing that I could do about it except order a sound bar. The sound bar doesn't work well with this tv. I end up using cc when it's allowed.
