A Great Small Smart TV

Not sure. When I use the input button tv shuts off

Bought a week ago everything is great,except when I use the input button the tv screen turns black and I have to unplug the tv reboot it.

What's wrong?

What works is great. Many items do not work. Such as Alexa. Also, the longer I have my Vizio, the higher I have to set the volume.
