smartcast quit downloading and my vizio tv doesn't have a way to reset to factory settings given the 2 methods listed by support

Ever since the update, I can't access smartcast because it fails to load. It was working fine before. I'm insanely irritated.

What a great, big tv for a fantastic price. Picture is crystal clear with a amplified antenna, it is a smart tv. Very lightweight.
