Had issues with screws fitting

It's good for a small TV. Picture quality is good. I like that you can control with the cable remote and don't have to use 2 remotes. The reason I took off a star was because the screws for the TV legs didnt fit/thread correctly and the TV was dangerously wobbly when standing. We had to use the screws from the old TV to attach the legs.

Excellent packing and unpacking, easy walk-through setup, network connection was easy, many apps/services to choose from. Size is great for the bedroom, and dropping down to the 32 inch would be adequate. Love the picture quality! Built-in sound is OK, but I added an LG sound bar with subwoofer and I hope I don't blow my neighbors away by accident! This is my second Vizio TV (still using the first one in the living room and loving it!), and for the price and quality and features, I don't think you can beat it. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

Not bad at all, but a kink or two

I like that it is a SmartTv. What I do not like about it, is how slow it moves. Maybe it's because of all the pre-installed apps on it. I didn't even know there was that many apps on there, like over 100. I like that I can AirPlay from my phone, cast from my phone without needing a Chromecast. Would I purchase again?... maybe not. I bought it because like said before, it is a smart tv and it was affordable. I like affordable of course but the lag in this tv, is not it. So maybe a different smart tv brand next time.

The scan-and-go process to purchase this was extremely easy and I loved it. I do think there should be a couple self-checkout lanes designated only for the shoppers who are using the scan-and-go process instead of combining the self-checkout shoppers with the scan-and-go shoppers at all the self-checkout lanes.

This TV sucks. The sound turns off while watching and you need to unplug it and plug back in, in order for the sound to come back on - even clicking the mute button and/or the volume up/down doesn't solve anything. While watching, sometimes the TV will bring up a blurred screen and won't work until you click the on and off button and/ or unplug the TV, again.

Very poor quality

The TV needs to be rebooted every few days. I've had to factory reset three times first month. After I turn it off at night I come downstairs and it's on. A blank screen is on I should say. Half the time it comes on with a blank screen and I can't get it to go to "Home". No amount of waiting will make it work. I unplug and reboot. The closed caption is sometimes in French and sometimes Spanish.

The only thing I have disliked about this TV is the sound…the sound is horrible and if you turn the volume up it makes it worse! I would recommend that a person have a sound system with this TV as this may help the situation. Besides the sound I think the picture has been good. I would not buy it again.
