So when I first received my tv I was excited but now my screen just went black with no sound and I use this for class. Upset at this point!

Bought for my parents, dad has dementia and vizio is so easy to use that he has no problems with it.

With the Smart application there is no need for anything else. Netflix, Acorn, Hulu, Prime, Peacock, and Direct Tv got everything covered.
