Picture freezes sometimes to point that it can't even be controlled with the remote, can't turn it off. I had to unplug it from the wall 3 times in a week to reset the picture.

Hello TMirza, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again. Great features

Broke after a few months

about to take it to the DUMP

Garbage

After hours of trying to install the download or whatever it had to do I finally boxed it back up and returned it. Purchased an Onn tv instead and it's amazing.

Nice picture and sound

The D series TV is constantly buffering to the point that it actually gives you directions to go on there website and type in a code, as if they know that this is an issue with this TV. And to be clear it does this with a great wifi signal

Amazing picture quality
