It doesn't turn on half the time

I have had it set up less than a week and so far it hasn't turned on multiple times. I have to pull out the cabinet it sits on to unplug it and plug it back in for it to turn on. So frustrating.

I bought this TV 5 months ago and it has vertical lines which makes it impossible to watch TV. I have 2 other 60 inch Vizios for years and they never gave any problems. This TV has been glitching and I unplugged it but it still has vertical lines.

New navigation and home screen look amazing!

Not a good product

The tv had white lines from top to bottom of screen. Chatted for support, cost me additional funds on my card. Was told bad tv return to seller. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’m worried you may have misdialed or spoke with a different organization, since our policy on that is to send a replacement TV to you if a hold of funds was placed on your credit card, we would not then recommend to return the TV to the seller.
