Frustrated me

I like it but

Smart TVs should allow a person to add apps, but with the Vizio, you can't. We watch a lot of Britbox but it's not on the app list. I suspect the apps have to pay to be included in the TV apps.

Really good TV

We gave this TV to our son as part his birthday present which was a bedroom transformation. He can easily navigate through the TV Apps with out any issue. Great Picture as well.

Took it back the next day. HORRIBLE sound.

Took it back the next day. The sound is HORRIBLE. Can barely hear it and it is crackly. As my daughter said “why would they even make a tv this bad?” Bought a Samsung and am thrilled with it. Stay away from this Vizio!!!
