I bought this tv a month ago and I do not like it. Its very slow when switching to different programs an the quality of the picture isn't good. It looks animated and I'm just not happy.

SO FAR SO GOOD

BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT FOR MY MOTHER AND SO FAR SO GOOD. PICTURE IS GREAT AND WAS EASY TO SET UP. HARD TO GIVE AN REVIEW WHEN WE ONLY HAD THE TV FOR LESS THAN 2 WEEKS.

Great picture when watch live works mostly spins

Mom is use to a Roku tv so she having some difficulty getting use to the remote features. I thought all smart tvs were Roku. Is there any way a universal remote that has Roku features could be used to operate this tv?

This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google Chromecast, Apple AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
