I bought 3 of them and one arrived totally shattered. No external indication of any shipping abuse. The installation guide warns how to handle it very carefully and the other 2 have great pictures, but be careful as it's not very robust.

This is the second Vizio I have had. Vizio #1 lasted a total of 49 days before it died returned it to the store to exchange. I have a new one that I hope will last more than a year I have my fingers crossed.
