I bought the Vizio tv because of the potential to access different apps and especially the apple tv app, as advertised Unfortunately, I am outside of the USA and not able to use this feature. I wish I could send it back.

I bought this to replace a 10 yr old Sony. The picture is not as crisp, but is a great value. Customer service was excellent when it did not boot with my Roku. Took care of it in 10 minutes.

I am not HAPPY with the TV! I called your tech support, and they could not tell me how to make the TV support 1080 picture. The TV box said that your TV supported 1080 picture, so why can't someone tell me how!! the best I can get is 720.

Smartcast constantly needs rebooting. It doesn't work atm. gives me errors that Visio's support team can't solve. it's pretty useless at this point in time.
