I bought this tv about a month ago and now it won't turn off. I unplug and replug it and the on light stays on but nothing happens. I have replaced batteries. I have used the manual switch and nothing changes. This tv is a dud.

Mother bought it for my bedroom for Christmas gift. Love all the features so that I can explore different movies and shows. The access to all music apps and my nephew loves the fact coco melon has its own app :)
