This TV was returned after a week because it never worked correctly. We even had our Internet speed upgraded, but none of the streaming services we subscribe to worked. Very disappointed.

I cannot watch my regular stations. I have an older model Vizio and DirectV Stream works fine on it, but not the newer model. I would never have purchased this TV if I had known that!

Picture is not crisp and has a very poor contrast. The features that this tv has are nice but the picture quality is a big turn off and I would not recommend this tv to anyone. I will be returning this tv for a refund.
