I haven't had a problem as of yet, The driver's I've seen have been very respectful. So far everything has been delivered on time. I'm very pleased with this service.

The picture was good but the feet on the bottom were very flimsy. The whole TV was very unstable and almost fell over on us. We returned it to look for something more sturdy.

extremely slow glitches every day disconnects wifi on its own anytime i need to change volume it takes like 15 minutes to work and it'll pause whatever your watching whenever you change the volume i should've kept my roku tv.

I really liked the picture from when I first turned it on, but not the sound quality. The volume goes up high enough it's just that the sound quality is bad.

Setup was easy. It comes with a lot of preinstalled apps that you can't delete or update. Doesn't have voice control with the remote. Ended up reinstalling my firestick. The picture and sound quality is okay.

the picture was great, easy set up. however, there was a horizontal black line through the screen. I had to return it. I upgraded when I returned it. i would recommend as long as there's no damage.
