Our third Visio TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this 24" TV for my wife to use in her office. It is a great little TV. We had a Vision that we bought in 2007, and then last year one to replace our old one. Visio make great TV's and I highly recommend them to others.

Love my new television!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it! The picture quality is fantastic and the sound is great! I asked for a 32” but he got me the 40” instead. I am so happy! This replaced my old Vizio that I had for years in my craft room where I spend most of my time. Thanks for a great product!

It's ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every other week I have to keep logging in to my TV account. Most the time I have to pick buttons multiple time to get it to do what I want. My internet connection worked fine for a while but the last few days it won't connect to my WIFi(my WiFi hadn't changed)

Unexpectedly Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents bought me a Vizio TV for my birthday almost a year ago but we didn't set it up until winter break. We called an electrician out because we wanted to get it mounted but when he said that the mount provided didn't fit the TV we decided to set it up by just using the stand and setting it on my dresser. It ended up being very hassle free and we got it set up in minutes. I even was able to attach my PlayStation to it and start playing right away. Amazing product.

After a year the software bugged out. Can't use

It is in a software update, registration and shutoff loop. Either it self upgraded software to a version that can't fix itself or maybe the lithium battery when bad and it can't maintain is user-password data. Error message 2601-1 loop. Can't use it. Not going to buy another.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Vizio. Great picture. Good variety of programs. The only thing is that the sound is low with just the TV. I added a sound bar. Now I have very good volume. I would recommend.

Touchscreen issues

I purchased the monitor because it was advertised that it had a touchscreen. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the touchscreen wasn't responding. After calling Vizio tech support, the touchscreen issue was resolved. I would have rated it 5 stars, but I had to go through this setup issue.

Absolutely LOVE it !

SmartCast system

I had a number of problems with this TV, kept crashing when playing. Then would not play sound. I spoke to customer serviced and they basically said they would upgrade me tv's if I send my old one back. Well I did just that I sent in my old tv and to my surprise they sent me the same model tv. Very disappointed, after they clearly told me I was getting a upgraded model. Will never buy another Vizio

Mixed review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is good, lots of app options pre-loaded which is awesome. However the fact that you still need an Amazon Fire Stick to access internet options which is why we bought a new smart TV. Not necessarily as "smart" as we would like it to be.
