Its ok.

It's a smart TV that wont let you download additional apps. You can only watch the installed apps. Or maybe i just haven't been able to figure out how to do that. Also the pictures start off a little blurry but eventually clears. It's annoying to me but others may not care or notice. Overall good TV for the price and size.

Such a great system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this system last Tuesday for my girl friend as a Christmas gift. We both love it so much, we're thinking of getting another one for the bedroom. It doesn't matter whether we're streaming on line or watching a DVD or just watching TV, the VIZIO D-Series is simply amazing!

Everything I Expected

Already starting to crap out.

I bought the TV less than a year ago and it's already starting to have problems. First off the User Interface for the smart tv is horrible. The ads are a nuisance, I shouldn't be getting advertisements on a tv I own. Secondly the UI just drags. It's slow. Finally and the biggest problem, it now just turns itself off. I only use this tv in my bedroom to watch tv before bed and the tv just randomly turns itself off. I've done dozens of resets, power cycles and factory resets. Still just turns itself off.

My Very 1st Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st Smart TV!! I have owned Vizio TVs before, in fact, I have 2 32" in each of the bedrooms, but when the 40" (owned for 14 ys) gave out 3 weeks ago, I knew I could depend on the 32" to get me thru till I could find another 40", And I did!! Not bad for a 70 yr old independent woman.

Defective tv. Died after 13months and 3 days.

Bought this Vizio July 2nd 2022. Tv has failed after 13months and 3 days. Screen is black. No picture or sound. TV has power but it won't even turn on. It appears the standby light is on but tv will not turn on or show a display. Remote will not turn TV on. It's just a blank screen

Stores multiple WiFi passwords

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've standardized all my sets to Vizio so I understand the buttons and software. A big advantage on my RV and boat is the ability to store different WiFi passwords. Then as I travel if I return to a place my WiFi is ready to go. An added plus is my phone is a streaming backup with easy connection with the stored password.

Least favorite fearure

Dear Sirs, I absolutely Love VIZIO BUT!!!! I have a Amazon Firestick which works off the imput for example. When I turn on the tv it always go to the home page and doesn't stay on the firestick input. My last Vizio which I have to say lasted over 13 years I never had to always change input. It would pick up where I left off. Although this is a little thing it's a big thing for me. When I'm tired and going to bed, I don't want to mess with the different remotes. I just want to turn on my tv, set the sleep timer and call it a day. If there's a way for me to change this feature please let me know. Otherwise I'd give you 5 stars. You still have a wonderful product

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as gift. Our first smart tv so learning experience for us. Would have liked the tv legs to have been a center stand instead. Also on back of tv the lettering of ports need to be easier to read- any color- not black . Hard to see.

Challenging Setup

It took a number of attempts to determine how to program local channels. Finally found instructions in how to program local cable channels in the electronic manual.
