I gave had my TV for 2 years. A few days ago I turned it on and it acted like I just bought it. I had to open an account and download all of my apps again. Now you are sending me these emails like I am a new customer. I had no issues with the TV until it wiped out everything I had on it.

Easy to install everything and get it up and running in a few minutes which is important when entertained a 7 year old! He can navigate the buttons to find his favorite channels easily!

We had high hopes when we purchased this TV! It lacked an essential feature (bluetooth capacity to connect to speakers) but we overlooked it. Within days, it started disconnecting from the network randomly and the speakers started making a loud buzzing sound. We called Vizio customer service several times and they gave us conflicting information (they were going to replace it, then they were going to send someone to fix it, then they weren't going to replace it, etc.) and when we finally asked to speak to a supervisor, his lack of care for our frustration ensured that we wouldn't get another Vizio to replace this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The VIZIO D-Series 40" Class (39.5" Diag) Full HD Smart TV is an awesome television! The initial setup is easy and straightforward. The picture is crisp and clear. The high definition channels and movies look amazing. I love that I am able to easily log into every subscription on the apps in my phone on this tv. I can also watch available free channels and on-demand movies. I am very pleased with this television and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Vizio!
