Call from Wyatt Changed my Mind

After writing a review regarding the issue that a firmware update cause, I received a call from Vizio Support. The issue I had was that after the update, my 2 Vizio TV I use as monitors in my office would frequently revert to the Smartcast input when my PC was restarting due to updates, when I used an Alexa routine to turn on the TVs from another room and it sat with on video input, or sometimes when changing the input on my KVM switch. The TVs are configured to go to the HDMI 2 input when powered on, but that did not stop them from reverting at times during operation. After talking to support, I was transferred to Wyatt in an Executive group. Being an IT professional, I questioned the logic behind the change that took away some of my control of the TVs. After some discussion, Wyatt came up with a possible solution of adding a menu option for the customer to select to have the TV use only the last input the customer set. This would be an additional option on the menu to select in addition to selecting a specific power on input. If the TVs stay on my selected input, this would solve the issue I am having. Based on Wyatt's information, I went ahead and purchased this new TV for my RV wall mount.

Easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Vizio tv. We have all Vizio televisions and we feel the quality and the price will keep us buying in the future. We find the brand to be dependable. Have never had to implement the extended warranty.

I got the TV home and set it up and it worked fine the first day and the second day it made it halfway through the day and it blanked out. so I tried to return it and Santa Ana and in Irvine and they both rejected the return because I threw away the box. I'm not happy, Robert

Dead in 2 months!!

We have had this TV a couple of months. It worked great when it worked. Then one day it just stopped turning on. All we have is a black screen and a little light in the left corner showing that it does have power. I expected it to work more than a couple of months - especially since we don't watch TV more than 10 hours a week!

Camper TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV in January 2023. We just installed it as it is now Spring and we are getting our camper ready for the season. The features we liked are the 1080 Full HD, slim style and the picture quality. It fits perfectly. It was replacing a 11 year old Insignia which was lacking in new technology. I would highly recommend this TV!

Perfect for our RV bedroom TV

Outstanding streaming electronics

This is my 6th Vizio LCD receiver (4 Smart) and like all the rest: Outstanding Video, and with a moderately priced Soundbar System it radiates beautiful full range sound. These units are also resonably priced and customer service to date has been great. I recommend this line of electronic equipment to all I talk to.

24 inch size

finally a tv that the closed captions works- all of your other models i could nevedr get the CC to work- it was either on or off, could never set it with your settings- i at first though it was the dish system, but this new tv works great and i can mute and still read the audio with CC on Thanks finally

I gave up

I have been struggling and wrestling with this TV to work right since I bought it. Straight up, I am completely unhappy with this nightmare TV. Nothing but problems. I will not only NOT recommend Vizio to anyone, but I will warn them to stay clear, and buy a different brand. I finally solved my problem. I bought a different brand TV.

Great T. v.
