Do not buy this tv

Got home with first tv and soon as I plugged it in screen was bad with vertical lines running through the center of tv. Took that one back right away and got another. Same thing with this tv. Hooked up and vertical lines through entire tv. Both were handled with great care. Not happy with this tv at all!

Okay, with a few minuses, however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is a bit weak, you definitely need external speakers or a sound bar. Hard to set natural looking color and background setting. Pressing the info key on the remote displays minute characters that cannot be discerned more than a few feet away, not ideal, I'd even say useless.

Lag

I purchased this TV one week ago and have decided to return it. Vizio has normally been a great brand for me, but this smart TV was incredibly slow and “laggy.” The apps would crash, the shows and movies would stop at random intervals, and every action was slow.

An okay TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is blank sometime upon turning it on. The annoying fix is to unplug it for 30 seconds. I also had to agree to new tens and conditions last week, but after agreeing, it kept having me do it again. Had to go back to factory reset. Probably will not buy another Vizio.

Great experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a regular smart TV that gets a little slow after a while I had a Vizio TV for six years and I still working so I decided to get a new one and this one did not let me down either. I really enjoy both of my Vizio TVs and I'm glad I chose them. I would recommend this to anyone for an affordable TV. And I'm glad I chose them. I would recommend this to anyone for a affordable TV.

Great picture and easy to use!

Christmas gift

Within the first two days of using the tv, the apps screen blacked out and I had to do a hard reset on the tv. Once I reset the tv it began to show picture again, but I'm still skeptical that soon the tv will black out for good because it's glitching and it was just purchased.

The picture is graet

The picture is great, but the learning curve is slow. I'm 72 and not a complete dolt but I believe this TV is built for 40 somethings. I have a sound bar and the sound and picture are on different remotes. Many small nagging problems, but the picture is excellent.

Sharp picture on this 24”
